Step 2: Verification
Our team will verify eligibility within 24-48 hours
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and pickup details
Step 3: Product Pickup/Shipping
For most locations, we arrange free pickup
For remote areas, you may need to ship to our return address (shipping charges may apply)
Step 4: Quality Check
Returned product will be inspected within 3-5 business days
If conditions are met, refund/exchange will be processed
Refund Timeline:
Refunds initiated within 5-7 business days after quality check approval
Amount credited to original payment method within 7-14 business days (depends on bank)

Online payments (UPI/Card/Wallet): Refunded to same source
Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer (provide account details)
